Join Good Energy

Cape Farewell Director David Buckland buys his electricity from Good Energy, the UK’s only 100% renewable electricity supplier. If you choose Good Energy too, they’ll donate £60 to Cape Farewell to help us continue our work.

Produced by a growing community of over 7,000 independent generators across the country, Good Energy’s electricity comes from the natural power of the sun and the sea, the wind and water. And because their main tariff is fully verified under the Green Energy Supply Certification Scheme you can be sure it’s genuinely green.

One more thing…they’ve kept their domestic electricity prices the same since April 2009 – and currently have no plans to raise them – so they tend to cost less than the standard tariffs offered by the ‘Big Six’ suppliers.

The initiative

Good Energy founder and CEO, Juliet Davenport, has made Cape Farewell a great offer of ‘gold standard’ partnership. For everyone we encourage to switch to their electricity, Good Energy will make a one-off donation of £60 to Cape Farewell.

This is the first time Cape Farewell has entered such a partnership. Check out Good Energy and if you think they’re as great as we do, sign up – it only takes  five minutes – and help yourself, the planet and Cape Farewell.
